great seaside stay!
perfect location very nice view excellent service
I found the location to be perfect. The view was very nice too. the breakfast room was really spacious with excellent service. the beverage tray had lots of hot water, which i thought was a nice touch!

The room was large and well appointed. The location was excellent for access to the beach. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of items. The staff was polite and helpful.
The fire door outside my room was very loud. It banged shut often at night. The street light shone brightly into the room because the curtains did not block all light. The noise from the street made it hard to sleep well.

marvelous views sea view warm welcome
the room provided marvelous views of the sea. the staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. breakfast included delicious gluten free options, a great addition.
i noticed slight rattling from the single pane sash windows during high winds. this occurred mainly at night and was somewhat disruptive.

the standard double room was clean and well kept with ample space for luggage. the room included recycling facilities, which i greatly appreciated. the toiletries had a pleasant scent.

coffee sachets delicious breakfast
the rooms facilities were great with a cafetiere and ground coffee sachets. toiletries smelled gorgeous. the hotel. breakfast tasted delicious.

mixed experience, some issues
bathroom floor limited selection
The room looked clean initially. closer inspection revealed a lack of thoroughness. the bathroom floor was not properly cleaned. i also found the breakfast selection somewhat limited. there were no pastries available, and the hot food options seemed to lack variety. the staff seemed uninterested.

rattling window inflexible chef
I was frustrated by a few things. the window in my room rattled constantly. It sounded like a chainsaw at 2:30 am. also, i was surprised that the chef wouldn't prepare vegetarian sausages. It felt really inflexible. these issues detracted from the stay, unfortunately.

freshly cooked breakfast professional staff available tea
the breakfast included many choices and was freshly cooked each morning. the staff were professional. the room had plenty of tea and coffee available.
the mattress quality was not optimal and caused discomfort, it really spoilt the stay.
